Now that we have found a cure for small pox, are there no organisms that caused small pox left on the Earth.

I am not sure if a cure for small pox has been found. This
means that is no medicine that speeds up the process of curing small pox or reducing its
permanent impact on the affected person. Once a person develops small pox, the recovery
takes it's own natural course.

What has been found is a
vaccination against small pox, that people from being affected by small pox. With the
use of small pox vaccine, ii has been possible to wipe out almost completely cases of
small pox from he face of the earth. Since the organism causing small pox thrive on
small pox patients and are spread through infection, the elimination of small pox
disease has almost eliminated small pox causing organism in the
world.

However, it should be noted that specimen of small
pox organisms may be maintained under controlled condition in some
laboratories.
