Find the diameter of the circle if the area = 201.1 in^2.

Given the area of a circle = 201.1
in^2.

We need to find the length of the diameter of the
circle.

We will use the area of a circle formula to find
the radius.

We know that:

The
area of the circle = r^2 * pi where r is the radius.

Let us
substitute.

==> A = r^2
*pi

==> 201.1 = r^2
*pi

Now we will divide by
pi.

==> r^2 = 201.1/ pi =
64.01

==> r= 8 (
approx.)

Then the radius of the circle is 8
in.

But we know that the diameter is twice the
radius.

==> The diameter = 2* r = 2*8 =
16

Then, the length of the diameter = 16
in.
